Tracking will start updating once the package is scanned by the post office.

WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY LOST OR STOLEN  PACKAGES. WE  ALWAYS SEND YOU A TRACKING NUMBER PLEASE PAY CLOSE ATTENTION TO IT.

The email with the tracking number is automatically sent by paypal, even if you dont have an account, please check your spam folder, it may go there. 

 

Custom orders?

 

I am not taking any custom orders at the moment. 

 

Can I exchange something?

A  store credit coupon will expire after 5 years if  not used.

Signature products will be restocked in time for the Holiday season, these include the X necklaces, Margot Amethyst necklace, Dragon necklaces, Mystical quartz x & Willow bracelets.

Jewelry care

 

Please be mindful, with daily wear, brass, gold plating and copper materials will tarnish. You can always polish brass and cooper back to shine with common polish. If you have high acidity on your skin this may also cause brass, silver and gold plated items to tarnish faster. ( an easy trick to prevent jewels from tarnishing or making your skin green,  is applying a clear coat of nail polish, specially if you have high acidity skin like i do!). If you need a longer chain for a product, please leave me a note in the "Notes" box, if it's not a link chain, please email first to make sure I can get a longer size ( such as a rope chain). Gold plated products contain copper and nickel. Crystals are semi-precious stones, must please be handled with love and care. Keep them store separate from other jewelry & on a dry place, do not shower with your jewelry.
